In the last years he has been working in strategic and creative workshop facilitation, running more than a hundred workshops across the world: NORTH AMERICA, LATAM, EUROPE, ASIA (In cities like Mexico, Santiago, Panama, Sao Paulo, Chicago, Los Angeles, Vancouver, Madrid, Paris, Dusseldorf, Geneva, London, Porto, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Istanbul, Kuala Lumpur, Ho Chi Minh, Singapore, New Delhi, Bombay and more).

After being certificated in the LSP Methodology (LEGO Serious Play) he has being developing exclusive tools for applying LSP in Consumer Research and Branding.

Sebastian develops Taylor made workshops for projects for clients as: Coca Cola, SC Johnson, Abbott Nutrition, Shell, Staples Argentina, Cadbury, Stanley Black & Decker, Ancap Uruguay, Kalpakian.

He participate as Free Lance in workshop facilitation for innovation companies as BMC Innovation Company, The Futures Company and Provokers. Collaborate in Strategic Planning for several Advertising Agencies.

In 1990 he joins JWT and has worked with both national and international brands, such as Unilever, Cadbury, Energizer, Quilmes, Shell, Kodak, Nestlé and Bayer, among others.

He has worked as a Regional Planner Director for Unilever, with base on Sao Pablo, Brazil.

He has dictated several courses for clients, for JWT’s community in Latin America and at Argentinean Universities. He was invited by the Unilever Marketing Academy in the U.K to develop the Brand Activation strategy used by Unilever worldwide. He’s helped develop creative campaigns awarded by Cannes Festivals, Clios, Fiap and others
awarded for their effectiveness with Effies and Mercurios.

Founder-partner and member of the board committee of Argentina Account Planning Group (APG), he has participated in the first Spanish edition of the “How to Plan Advertising” book. He won the first Gold Award given in the first edition of the APG awards for creative planning
